2232 Parkwood

2232 Parkwood Avenue was built around 1911 and altered with an addition (permit #2596) in 1920 with the plans drawn up by the architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman. The 1912 Polk City Directory listed this address as "vacant".   Harold Reynolds and his wife Rachel (Ketcham) occupied this mansion located just north of Bancroft Street.  Reynold's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 535 and Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 4 on page 623.  In 1921 Olga Koch served the family as a domestic.
