2268 Parkwood
 
2268 Parkwood was built in 1897.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed the residents as widow Sarah Williams, Joseph Cooper and Mrs. Rebecca Cooper.   Elizabeth Miller was the 1900 live-in domestic.  The 1910 directory listed the Reverend Robert Harris, the rector at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, as the resident of this home, while the 1921 directory listed Solon Richardson 111 as the occupant.  Mr. Richardson 111 was the vice-president and assistant manager of the Libbey Glass Manufacturing Company.  His live-in domestic was Hilda Rott.
