The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Henry Torrance, a travel agent (salesman), as the resident of 2545 Parkwood. The 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Erwin Effler as the occupant of this home. Mr. Effler's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 635. A group photograph entitled "Bar and Bench Toledo Ohio 1926" had his image among other lawyers of that time. His wife was Fannie (Pilliod) Effler. | |||||
