25 Bronson Place
 
25 Bronson Place was not listed in the 1910 Polk City Directory, and first appeared in the 1911 directory as vacant.  The 1912 city directory listed the Robert Haynes family as the residents of 25 Bronson Place.  Rober P. Haynes' occupation was not listed in the 1912 directory.  The family still resided here in 1918. The Stewarts lived here in 1920 accoring to the census of that year.  The 1921 and 1924 directories showed that the residents were Fred and Gertrude Stewart.  Fred Stewart was the vice-president and secretary of the Commercial Savings Bank and Trust Company.
